Terms and conditions of letting for cabins

CHECK IN TIME
16.00 (cabins may be available for an earlier check-in by arrangement only and this is subject to availability).
CHECK OUT TIME
10.00 Please follow the check out instructions which are on the cabin wall.
Payment Policy
Full payment or a 25% deposit is taken at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable, however at our discretion deposits may be transferable to a future like-for-like booking.
The balance of all payments is due 2 weeks (14 days) before your stay. Failure to pay the balance payment by the specified date may result in your booking being cancelled with no refunds being made. We will always attempt to contact you via email and telephone before cancelling your booking, however if we fail to receive a response and payment completion after this, your booking will be cancelled without refund.
All data collected is for the sole use of Orchard Stables/The Paddocks (Collingham) Ltd in relation to your booking and services provided by Orchard Stables and we will not pass or sell this information onto any third party.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy
No refunds, either partial or in full, will be given within 1 week of stay.
Refunds made on deferrals, cancellation, or any changes to bookings (where more than 1 weeks notice given) will vary on the notice given, with a maximum of 75% refund given under any circumstances.
A change to booking charge may be applied for rescheduled bookings.
Rescheduled bookings must be made on a like-for-like basis. Significant reductions to the value of the original booking as a result of material changes such as the number of cabins booked, can only be made at the discretion of the site owner and administration charges may be applied to reflect costs or losses already incurred. Otherwise, such changes may be classified as a cancellation, resulting in forfeit of deposit and a new booking will need to be made.
Travel Insurance
We strongly advise you take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason.
Availability
Should a cabin not be available due to circumstances beyond our control i.e. fire, theft or damage we will refund all sums paid. No further liability will be accepted.
Number in party
The number of guests in a cabin must not exceed 2, unless subsequently arranged with the owners. Visitors are welcome by prior arrangement and must depart the site by 6pm. Management reserve the right to ask visitors to leave if they are deemed to be causing a nuisance to other guests.
Noise
Noise must always be kept at a reasonable level and real quiet times are between 22.30 & 8.00 to help keep our site quiet and peaceful.
Pets
Please keep dogs on a lead outside your cabin and do not allow them to run into other cabins or up to horses. Pease keep them off furniture, it is suggested that you bring your own bedding and to let me know if you think your dog can't be made to stay off the bed. (There is a £20 discount for bringing all your own bedding)
Horses
Lovely to look at but please do not feed or touch the horses.
Smoking
Is not allowed in cabins and is only on your patio. Please dispose of your cigarettes carefully or in the fire pit.
Damage and Cleanliness
We endeavour to maintain a high standard of cleanliness at all times. To continue these standards the hirer is asked to keep furniture, fittings and effects in the same condition as found. All breakages should be reported so we can insure a continuum of high standard facilities. We reserve the right to charge for non-trival damage however caused. On departure you are asked to dispose of rubbish and leave everything in a clean and tidy condition.
Access
The owners reserve the right to access the cabins at all reasonable times.
Liability
The owners cannot accept liability for loss or damage to Guest's property or for personal injury.
Cars are parked at owners risk.
Complaints Procedure
We take all comments from guests very seriously and in the unlikely event you wish to make a complaint you may contact us directly either by telephone or email and we will attempt to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Term and Conditions for our CL site
Just a few essential do's and don'ts of our site.
ARRIVALS - after 12.00 midday please unless previously agreed.
DEPARTURES - before 11.00 A.M please unless previously agreed.
Deposits, refunds and cancellations.
A non-refundable deposit for the first night stay is required at the time of booking with the balance due before or on the arrival date. These are only transferable to alternative dates if at least 2 weeks notice is given prior to cancellation. No refunds or discounts will be given due to inclement weather. Deposits cannot be transferred to other people. If you choose to leave early for any reason, no refund will be given. Bookings are held for 24hours only without a deposit, after this time the booking will be cancelled.
Vacated pitches must be left clear of all property and refuse.
Chemical waste is located behind the solid fence
General waste is located at the entrance under the big tree where you will find a general green bin and a bin just for glass.
Grey water is to be emptied onto our hedges and trees please.
Pets
Please keep dogs on a lead at all times as we are a horse yard
Horses
Lovely to look at but please do not feed or touch the horses.
Noise
Noise must always be kept at a reasonable level and real quiet times are between 22.30 & 8.00
Barbeques/campfires.
Barbeques must be kept off the ground.
No campfires allowed.
Electricity
We include 16amp of electricity within our nightly price. (please note there is no discounted rate for 3 nights or more from 1st Oct - 1st May)
Generators
Use of generators is not permitted as this spoils the peace of the site for others.
Toilet
Please no chemicals or sanitary products to be flushed as we have a special Bio Disk water treatment plant. Please use the bags provided.
Behaviour on site
We reserve the right to ask members to leave the site if their, or the behaviour of their pets, is causing a nuisance.
